Help combox retrofit

I have a 2011 328I with Bluetooth calling but not audio. I got my hands on a Combox from a 2011 328I with BT audio. I was wondering how hard it would be to retrofit and if anyone who has done it could point me in the right direction?

check what module you already have in trunk and also check options list by VIN
because you may already have combox but bt audio options is not enabled
because combox was installed on e90 and 91 from oct 2010 and on e92 e93 from apr 2010
so in US you have confusion, when you tell 2011 bmw this usually mean the car is made in 2010
but how is that in Canada ?
because in Europe car made in 2010 is 2010 car, not 2011

- combox need to be a bn2000 with the black connector (doupt in 2011 is was an option in a e9x series ? ) .

- repin the 2 main connectors

- NCS expert to add the option.

Was easier than I thought, I should have done this way before, since I run a carplay box that was using AUX, now it use BT, so the sound is better.

Only issue I have : the skip track button on the steering wheel dont always register the right way.

so I checked and I have MLUF 2 high just the single box and below are my options. From what i've read, it should be plug and play I would just need help coding it if anyone would be able to guide me.

Google e90 combox retrofit. You will find many guides online. I'll put a link below that i used when doing this to an E61. It's not plug and play. You need to change the connector and repin a few wires.

Simply add the options in kombi , media and cic.
