F30 front brakes upgrade to e92 - issue
Hello,
Recently I do have swapped the front brakes on my e92 330i with m sport ones for 340mm disk, from f3X, new hoses, new brake pads, new pins. The Issue: I do face an issue where the outside side of the driver side caliper doesn't push equally to the back side of that caliper. While the car is not started and I do push the brake pads to the calipar (so the cylinders are maximum inside) and I do press the brake pedal, both sides of the caliper are equally going to the disk, but when I do start the car and push the brake pedal again, its like the front cylinders are getting pushed from the ones behind, its even twisting the disk. The brake performance is poor and the brake pedal fold to the floor What I do tried so far - Bleeded the brake fuild like 20 times, there is no air in the system - Taked out the cylinders from the front part of the caliper - inside there looks like new. - the brake fluid comes immediately from the caliper when I do bleed it. (the small holes into the caliper looks good and flowly) Maybe possible fix? I do wonder if someday in the past the brake pump on my car was changed with a 4 cylinder engine one (I do imagine there is only two types of brake pumps) 4 cylinder one piston mm: 23,81 mm 6 cylinder one in mm: 25,4 mm Because from my research it should be working with the original brake pump from my car ( 6 cylinder ) Someone who can help with this issue?
