EKPS, Fuel Pump, Gas pedal not sure. There is some kind of problem, but not throwing any codes. Symptoms include fuel cutting out, stumbling, sputtering, whatever you want to call it but only under harder acceleration. Also intermittently retarded gas pedal, sometimes take 30 to 40 seconds to respond to being pushed . no shit it about got me killed the other day. Any point in the right direction would be great . 2009 E92 6speed

Description you mentioned would definitely toss codes. What are you using for pulling codes.

Now that you identify the severity of the problem, you are liable for any accidents you cause. I would not drive the vehicle until issue gets resolved. You can tow it to a garage if needed. Like you saud yours or some elses life might depend on it.
Like mentioned above, an off the shelf code reader is gonna only read DME codes. With BMW having about 12 other modules that could be throwing codes. I like Protools app which cost $100 for diagnostic plus the price of wifi OBD. There is also ISTA program running around for free if you can find it for a PC, you will still need a OBD cable for this.
Without any codes and your description of the problem, i would look at fuel pump first..

That's a bit cryptic, particularly when you attach a pdf that is NOT a ScreenPrint of ISTA "Fault Memory". You show 3 DME (Engine Electronics) fault codes. Faults in other modules, except perhaps EKPS Fuel Pump module (NOT shown) are irrelevant to your complaints. The FIRST things we need to see/know:

1) ISTA "Control Unit Tree", showing status of EACH of your ~ 20 Modules; that will show us if there is any module, such as EKPS, which is NOT communicating.

2) ISTA "Fault Memory", showing each fault in any communicating module.

3) "Fault Details" for each DME or EKPS fault, showing DETAILS of each fault, including whether that fault is intermittent/ currently present, mileage at which it last occurred, last 3 occurrences if applicable.

You can view, save & Attach ScreenPrints of each of those items HERE. They provide CLUES for DIAGNOSIS of the problem. A pdf: "Fault Memory & Test Plan" is attached, with example screens & instructions on HOW to view/ save/ Post screenprints. It would ALSO be helpful if you would identify EACH warning light that appears when there is any Engine fault or issue, such as half-engine light, SES light, Coolant Temp, etc.

You can use ISTA to Trigger the Coolant Pump to run at 50% of max speed, or at 95% of max speed. If it is NOT running at all, you should check Fuse F33 which supplies UN-switched battery power (KL30) to the pump, & Fuse F37, which supplies/controls both T-Stat & Pump function. I will attach the ISTA wiring diagram (SSP) to NEXT Post, so you can trace the wiring, & test, using a Multimeter, at the Pump Connector under Right-Front of engine. The '87' above F37 fuse symbol means power is supplied ONLY when Ignition is on or KL87 (DME Main Relay) is active. '30' means UN-switched battery power.

You can even use "Test Plan" to get 'Flow Chart' type instructions on how to diagnose a particular fault. Just click on/select that fault, & click Test Plan button. Any questions on HOW to do any of above, please ask. Concept is to 1st learn WHAT ISTA can do, then HOW to get it to do it (& WHY ;-)

If you will supply the requested ISTA ScreenPrints, & test F33 & F37, we can suggest NEXT Steps.
