BMW e90 2010 330D 6speed auto limp mode

hi my gearbox has been going into some kind of limp as im putting power down almost feels like im hitting a wall its that bad almost dangerous in certain situations like overtaking ect. my car is tuned to 350hp 700nm originaly i thought it was hitting a limit but i have now raised limits to 1000nm via xhp gearbox tune. are my clutches worn? is the box about to die? any advice is appreciated

no not in every gear but change from 1-2 is not so smooth then will limp in 1st 2nd 3rd but if i back of the throttle and ease into it ill get full power

First idea would be to remove XHP and see what it feels like.

My car is running standard gearbox software and I've started to get a jolt when cold in 1st going into 2nd, feels like hitting a wall. If I put it into sport manual where the gearbox starts in 2nd then no issues.

Also when warm 1st to 2nd seems fine. I have been told by someone that this is likely low gearbox oil level so I'm hoping to either top up or do the gearbox filter and new fluid in the next couple of months.

My autobox is original fluid with 171k miles.
