Power loss under 2200rpm 320D E90 from 2006

​Hello,
I have a BMW E90 320D Manual from 2006 with M47 engine and i want to know if someone can take a look at some log.
When i kick in the car slowly go up to around 2200rpm then the boost pressure come and have full power, from what i saw on the log file when i full throttle the Qcurr have a little jump (i feel it when i drive) and turbo actuator want to go down (close the fins from VGT) but i get instant lock by the torque limiter, Qcurr and Qset around 30mg/cyc, slowly goes up to 50mg/cyc, actuator stuck at 94% (wide open) until i reach around 2200rpm then the actuator start doing his job and the injection goes higher.
I don't know what can cause that limitation, injectors are fine, turbo and variable geometrie are okay and no leak on the intake.
I have tested with and without MAF connected, to see if there is any difference, i feel a realy low difference but still torque limiter goes on.

Most of accelerations were in 3rd gear starting at around 1400RPM.

When i disconnect the MAF the actuator stays around 90% at idle instead of 94% with, idk what to understand from that, i feel that the injection mg/stk goes higher quicker and it's the case when i compare those 2 logs.
This is stock map with just EGR and FLAPS delete with DaVinci (FLAPS connector unplug and EGR still connected), i tried on stock map without deleting things (EGR and FLAPS pluggged) nothing changed.
