I have a couple issues and i'm lost

Trying to figure this out on my 2011 328xi, my coworker says something about the bulbs? but i’m not super sure and I’m not the greatest when it comes to modules so I am a little stuck. My one mirror on the drivers side doesn’t work but my passanger one does work only after i reprogrammed the FRM. And I also have the issue of the adaptive headlights not working as well. The codes I have are 009CC3 ; FRM communication disturbed on drivers side mirror 00A8AE FRM Foglight left faulty drl faulty, 00A8AD FRM right marker faulty, 00A8AF FRM fog light right faulty drl fault. All my lights work. the only issue that appears is my fog lights will flicker on startup. but will stop flickering and turn off after 5 seconds and while driving. Sometimes even the fogs and highs flash as well on startup. but but they won’t remain on flashing turn on accordingly
I appreciate the read and help.
I also have CC-ID 126.

Flickering bulbs often caused by replacing incandescent with LEDs. The rest of the faults sound like FRM is bad. Clear them and see what comes back!

i’ve been working on this issue for around two days and have cleared twice as soon as car turns the cc id pops up and the fog lights start flickering, and i’ve been leaning towards using bmw tools to fix the FRM because i did reprogram with an autel and one mirror started working when both didn’t work before but it also had a code option on as well? i appreciate the time

I agree with StradaRedlands on this.

For clarity, have any bulbs been replaced with LED bulbs?

I’ve had an FRM module fail on me. Strange or otherwise inexplicable electrical gremlins (for components controlled by the FRM) could indicate a bad module. Failure is not always outright/complete lack of function.

Absolutely worth doing factory coding or even flashing firmware, but if all that fails to fix the issues, I’d be inclined to suspect hardware failure.

Sounds like a bad FRM to me, assuming you haven't replaced any halogen bulbs with LED. With a 2011 you might still be covered by the FRM extended warranty which is good for 15 years / 386,000 km

It is under warranty but i’m just very iffy about going in and it potentially not?? just because the diagnostic is 300 CAD to ensure and I would 20000x more appreciate knowing the issue going in is for sure but i did call and it is covered until march 2027
