Car misfires cylinder 5 & 6 when passing ≈6k rpm

Hey guys so i’ve been ripping my hair out trying to figure this out. I have a 2007 BMW 328xi sulev n51 engine with 144k miles on the odometer, I’ve wasted money buying parts and not fixing the issue. So first i’ll explain my symptoms the i’ll say what i’ve done so far to try to fix it.

First, I noticed a weird note to my exhaust sound, my exhaust sound sounds deeper and throater, I also noticed that my car feels slightly more sluggish. I did a little pull pushing the rpms past 6k (WOT) and my car didn’t go anywhere, it felt like power just stayed at 3k rpm. I got a SES light and codes for Exhaust timing retarded and Misfire on 5 and 6. When I restart the engine, the misfires and symptoms disapear but return when going past 6k rpm. So I got vanos solenoids to fix it, nope not fixed. I got ngk spark plugs, nope not fixed, I got delphi Ignition coils, nope. The exhaust timing retarded code haven’t returned recently which is weird but misfires still happen after 6k rpm roughly. And it’s only cylinder 5 and 6. Am I loosing compression, am I loosing fuel pressure, I hop it’s not fuel related because the sulev models have fuel filter/regulators and pumps hard to work on. Let me know what yall think.

What I replaced so far:
- Vanoss Solenoids
- Spark Plugs
- Ignition Coils

What my next steps might be:
- Fuel filter/relugator
- Check compression in cylinders 5/6
- Check eccentric shaft sensor
- Check crankshaft position sensor

My fault codes were P0012 at first but I haven?t seen it again recently. Also codes for Misfires in cylinder 4-6. I replaced the low pressure fuel pump recently. I have the same symptom?s but I think it?s still fuel related since when I WOT the car it feels smooth but I feel like the power just gets cut. So I am thinking that it could be my EKPS2 module. I got fault code 6293 For the EKPS module, indicating that too much power was drawn. A big symtom for a failing EKPS2 Module.

If you recently replaced the fuel sender, have you checked the pressure at the rail? It should be about 70 psi.
