Howdy,

I own a 2007 e92 335i rwd running stage 2 MHD. Car was running great until a month ago when the 30BB code showed up. I sent my MSD80 out and got the mosfets replaced, also replaced spark plugs and coils for preventative maintenance. The car was running stout for a week I took it on multiple hour+ drives with no issues. Recently the same 30BB issue has returned on startup or about 5 seconds after start. When monitoring AFR’s and STFT my bank 1 will monitor correctly at good numbers but my bank 2 is standstill and will not monitor, this makes me think it’s a DME/Electrical issue not mechanical (I do have index 12’s with unknown mileage but the symptoms lead me to believe it’s not them). I’m leaning twords this being a continued msd80 issue and I need to upgrade to msd81 but I’m quite stumped and would appreciate some assistance.
