MHD struggles to connect in any way.

I have it set up to plug in to my obd2 port and run to my android stereo, which I am able to use MHD on. It will occasionally connect and start to log/show diagnostics, but usually just says “connecting” then flashes another message for a millisecond, and repeats this the entire time the car is on.

When MHD does connect (rare), it typically works fine most of the drive, but once I start to do a pull and put a larger load on the engine, it stutters and repeatedly disconnects and reconnects.

I’ve also tried connecting to it by MHD wireless wifi adapter, to my android stereo and phone, neither of which work.

I’m not able to read any diagnostics, log data, or do much of anything.

Has anyone had this issue? Or does anyone have any ideas to fix this?

only issues I had with connection was because other device was taking priority.

like jb4, hotspot and android auto.

im using mhd only to flash, so I have to ''forget'' all my other stuff to make sure the connection wont be lost. Priority is not on MHD dongle because there's no internet.

Have you figure out the issue to this? I have the same problem only difference is MHD works when the car is on engine off but when i start the car it disconnects like yours. I did some troubleshooting with assistance and came to the BSD MOSFETS on the DME were goin bad.
