How's the car holding up? Engine? Transmission? Suspension? Interior and exterior?

What maintenance do you do?

Awesome. I got only 148k miles. But have already changed all coolant lines, tank, pump, thermostat, radiator, fan, OFHG, plugs, coils, crankshaft sensor, valve cover, suspension components, AT/diff fluids, fuel pump for my SULEV.

Still haven't fixed leaking oil pan gasket yet. Have been living with it for 30,000 miles now. Need to get it done when time permits.

What kind of stuff have you fixed or replaced both proactively and breakdown? I don't want to throw parts at it as preventive maintenance.

Maintenance is a must. And some may call me crazy, but I pretty much only used BMW oil and transmission fluid. And I only switched to Febi transfer case fluid this past change because it was next to impossible to find BMW. I have every once in a while tried a different motor oil... and then switched back. I do use Royal Purple gear oil in the diffs.

Typical water pump, alternator, batteries, valve cover, OFHG, Mickey Mouse hose connector, etc have been done.

CCC Map DVD player died a long time ago. I replaced with a 2013 CIC with an emulator wire harness. That was before someone figured out how to code them.

Only issue right now is the transmission. About 2 minutes after starting I have a vibration when I stop and still in drive (ie redlight). Then about 15 minutes later after the transmission is really warm it goes away. New TCM seals and metatronic sleeve was the last attempt to cure that.
