Is 10.5k good price for a 2007 BMW 335i 47k miles?

Need some insight—thinking of pulling the trigger on a 2007 BMW 335i. Seller’s asking $10.5k. It’s clean, mileage is good only 47K original miles , and it seems well maintained from what I can tell he has all maintenance records from 20k miles to 47k miles. 2ND owner
PROS
-VRSF DOWNPIPE
-STAGE 2 PLUS MHD
-7.5 VRSF INTERCOOLER
- ALUMINUM VALVE COVER
-Wrapped Midnight purple real color is reflex silver
CONS
-Rebuilt title, light front passenger damage it is not to bad, frame was good condition not bent and only the fender was damaged.

Just wanna know if that price feels right to y’all or if it’s a bit steep. Appreciate any thoughts. ALSO, It comes with the stock headlights, and stock wheels. Not the headlights in picture. Thanks guys!

A good history is worth a lot more than low mileage on these cars. I personally don't mess with rebuilt titles but 10.5k isn't too bad for the low miles it has. I wouldn't even consider it without some info on the previous damage. Ask for pics and google the VIN to see if you can find previous auction photos.

hard pass. first year of the n54, crashed and rebuilt title (pics of the damage to the other side? looks like the hood has even more damage on the driver side), wrapped (is that because the stock paint is bad and/or they wanted to save money not painting the hood etc after the crash?) at 47kmiles, oil pan, (valve cover gasket won't be a concern with metal valve cover for some time), water pump/t-stat, hpfp and injectors are not that far away in the future especially because it's been tuned. Better to buy something with more miles with a clean title where many repairs have already been done.

Garage List

2009 BMW 328i E91  [7.56]
2006 BMW 330i  [8.17]
2007 BMW 328i  [8.83]
2013 BMW X5 35i  [8.43]

Definite pass. If it was a clean title, then yes. Rebuilt or salvage needs to be significantly lower to take a chance on.
Also I wouldn't be anything wrapped... who knows what's underneath it!
