Single turbo tick and scrape noise ?

Hey guys wondering if someone could help me out with this noise I've notice for a couple . When the car first starts I hear a ticking noise but to me it sound lower than the lifters almost at the single turbo (I have a bottom mount kit with a 6266 gen precision ) after a little throttle the noise is gone and it's always worse when first starting the car . The second noise is after the car is off I can audibly hear the turbine slowing down, now I know these turbos spin fast and they need to slow down but I didn't know if this could be shaft play and the turbine hitting the sides of the compressor housing ? I'll attach a video I tried to take myself if you can't hear the noises I'll have someone help me take another . Thanks in advanced !

If it was me, I would pull the turbo and inspect it.

Does it sound like turbo issue? It's a bottom mount so not too easy to get to , I might take the inlet pipe off and see if I can visually inspect it first . Also going to do a smoke test on the exhaust side the first gen doc manifolds are prone to cracking .

Yeah, my thought too. When he turns engine off you can hear something still spinning and that could only be turbo.
