I can build at most 1lb of boost when the car is targeting 18. My car makes a crazy loud vacuum cleaner whine when the turbos spool. wgdc is at 99. I replaced all vacuum lines not long ago, and rechecked them. Vacuum lines are good. Intercooler piping is good. Charge pipe is on tight. I bought a new boost solenoid and tested it in both positions, no dice.

Any ideas what this could be before I take it into a shop to check for boost leaks? I am reluctant to post a log because I don't want to go WOT in this condition.

A vacuum cleaner noise, not a high pitched whining noise right?
It definitely sounds like a boost leak if its the sound im thinking. If its a high pitched noise, then thats a blown turbo.
