FBO MHD Stage 2+ verses custom tune
So what gains if any are people seeing on custom tune from Wedge and alike verses or coming off MHD stage 2+ with full bolt ons (and Inlets, outlets, etc)... on stock turbos...

if you run V5 e40 that will be pretty close to a custom tune. But custom tune is fine tuned to your car so dont always look at what makes more power, custom is specifically made for your engine.

So what HP are you seeing on your Tune, looks like you have the exact setup I'm asking about (FBO+Inlets) and a Tune from Wedge. |

At this point Ken will probably send you a pre-made base map with a tiny bit more boost or timing than the MHD map which makes 5-10 more horsepower, and do 1 revision to fix timing corrections. Sure, you could target 21psi and fry your turbos, but then you'll probably upgrade them and need a new tune again (so more $$). Just some food for thought.

The gains aren't significant, I have a custom tune and the difference is marginal compared to OTS map. |

As Ab987 said, if you plan on upgrading your turbos in the future, don't bother with the custom tune until you've got the turbos on.
