E92 engine swap n46 to N54

Hi all,

I've just recently converted my e92 from n46 to n54..I only managed to get hold of a e91 which everything was transferred to my e92..The issue is that e92 originally drops and raises its windows 5/6mm when the doors are opened and closed, since my wiring is from an e91 that feature doesn't operate..appear it's your guidance If I could get it to work..aside to that my central locking doesn't work as well..would it be possible to make it operate again..your guidances are very much appreciated

I would look for someone that does coding in your area, I can't imagine why this wouldn't be able to get coded in.

You don't even need a local coder as this kind of stuff can be done via the net. You can do a session share with the coder, watch and speak with him, yes him, while the work is being done.

Viable option, as long as one doesn't mind purchasing the required hardware.

You just need a kdcan likely and have the software in your computer/laptop which you should have anyway to do it with a guy online. Or DIY it with one of the thousand videos online on how to code this stuff

Did you transferred the entire electrical wiring harness? Because I have an e90 that came with the n46b20 engine and I decided to swap to a n52b30 (I got it from a crashed car in excellent condition) but idk if the wiring harness is required bc someone told me about the fuel pump pressure would be a problem since the n46 uses a fuel pump without the EKPS module. Any advices?
