So what is the consensus on the rear license plate LED's. Go with a bulb or the whole assembly? Which is better.? Do both give no codes and no flicker?

the whole assembly is favored as its a complete plug-and-play replacement unit and has a panel of LEDs inside of higher quality. sent you a PM.
