Yes, m3 tire size won't work. You will destroy the wheel arches. For the exhaust you need m3 truck tub as well. Modify the exhaust hangers too.
For the exhaust I searched all the parts that I needed from the etk and ordered them. And the tyres seem to be OK, but I think I have to drive the car to see if there is a problem or not. Thanks for your advice.

It's funny, reading some of these replies you'd think you were spending their money on your car, lol.

Anyway, keep doing your thing man. Do what makes you happy. I for one will be watching this thread closely, very interested in the build and where it goes. Props.

Because of law regulation this wouldn't be possible in the country the car is being build :

So after the project is finished we will be looking to upgrade with full internal set of CP Carrillo, add an ESS Supercharger and some other upgrades to get the most out of this engine. The only performance upgrade installed right now are Okada N52 Performance Plasma Direct Ignition Coils.

Hey you might want to do some research before dropping so much money. Are the stock coils an issue?

Most SC n52s do not need a built motor.

What fuel will you be running?

You're missing the third pedal! JK Great job! I look forward to seeing the finished product.

What country is this being done in? You must get a discount on parts. How much was the brand new N52 direct from BMW?

The car is in Iran. So since we have no official BMW partner here for parts, I am buying everything from Germany.

It sounds like you have a great opportunity to start a business there as a parts supplier.

Guys, we have a little problem:

After we completed the wiring and installed the units we cloned the DME and installed the new DME but the car gives the following error and the gas pedal didn't react (after starting the car jumps between 900-1200 rpm in idle):

2D1B - DME: Accelerator pedal module, pedal-position sensor, signal 1

2D1C - DME: Accelerator pedal module, pedal position sensor, signal 2

2D1F - DME: Accelerator pedal module, pedal position sensor, potentiometer, signal

We tried the following solutions:
1) Cloned another DME - same error still appeared!
2) Cloned back the original car DME - same error still appeared!
3) Tried with another gas pedal - same error still appeared!
4) Tried with the M Performance gas pedal - same error still appeared!
5) Checked the whole wiring - found no issues!

Would be happy if someone could help!

Did you check the wiring with a multimeter? Might be worth testing the wiring between the pedal module and DME for continuity and shorts to earth. The wiring may have been pinched somewhere during the reassembly.
