N47 dpf backpressure sensor issue

Hello!
I have an issue and I don’t understand what happens.
My dpf backpressure sensor (oem number13627805152)
always show pressure 5-25hpa when engine off.
I change few sensors (new Hella, two used oem, new oem) and always have same problem. On cold engine measures lower (5-9hpa) and when engine is warm measures always higher (15-25hpa).
What I do wrong? Maybe problem is not in sensor?
