320 i (n43b20) Misfire 1 and 4

Hello out there
I have a e90 320i (n43b20) which have misfire on cylinder 1 and 4 according to motor lamp and obd

codes:
29cd 29d0 29cc

Plugging out the MAF sensor makes the misfire codes not appear
I have tried switching out spark plugs (It was sooted like crazy)and ignition coils on cylinder 1 to no avail.

When I bought the car the crankshaft position sensor was not fully inserted. (inserting it made that error go away)

The previous owner have changed:
spark plugs (i changed cylinder 1 and it was already bad)
ignition coils
fuel injection / Fuel nozzles (idk the right word) I do not know if he has coded them correctly
new chain
new crankshaft sensor ( the one which was not in correctly)
new battery

Can you guys point me in the right direction? Any help is appreicated
