Intermittent stalling 2008 335i sedan n54 stage 1 MHD

My car randomly sputters and stalls
I changed my hpfp and fuel rail sensor, cleaned vanos solenoids and cleaned map sensor
Images show codes and readings after sputtering and stalling out
Hpfp came from working car
Car will idle for a while then dies
After it cranks back up weakly it will sputter again and die

That HPFP is a POS! you should be making at least 600psi+ at idle.

The car works and drives properly and the hpfp fluctuates 700-730 then rail pressure crashes after a while and dies

Next day or later on a couple hours it starts

I tried 2 different hpfps including the one in the car currently so that’s 3 and problem still occurred

instead of showing the screenshots, can you share a log of the car's cold start to show where the rail pressure crash? That would be infinitely more useful for us.

capture the log in MHD, then upload the CSV to this site https://datazap.me/

Short term fuel trims are absolutely capped at the 34 maximum, again because the HPFP is not creating any pressure. Can you capture a log where its actually making pressure and then falls off?

There is a forum member that rebuilds the HPFP, maybe you should send one of your failed pumps into thim to rebuild for you?

Can you capture a new one at cold start and let it run until you see the drop in rail pressures?
