Pre lci to lci e92 tail lights conversion not working.

Hi guys,

I have a bmw e92 330i 2008 and have tried to run oem lci tail lights but the outers do not seem to wanna work. I have the right adapters for them and have coded what I think needs coding but still nothing. The inners are fine as plug and play. Anyone know what could be going wrong ? The coding ? I'm sure even without proper coding of them they should still light up, just flicker like crazy. Could it be the adapters that are the problem? Thanks in advance for replies.

You shouldn't need an adapter, they should be plug and play besides coding.
