For Sale: 2007 BMW E92 M3 - Manual - Rod Bearings/Mounts/Plugs Just Done

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
2007 BMW E92 M3 in Manual - £19,900 (Open to Offers)
82k miles
12 months MOT

The car has a Silverstone II exterior and a full Black Novillo Leather interior.

Rod bearings replaced and upgraded, engine mounts replaced, spark plugs replaced, engine flushed and oil changed in January 2025 (roughly 1k miles ago).

All paperwork for the car included up to around 60k miles and then during my ownership - including the BMW new vehicle invoice, the service history for the car, MOT test certificates and invoices for all the work ever done to the car by independent BMW specialists since new. Also includes the M leather holder and welcome/information booklets from original purchase. All pictured.

£8k of extras from factory:

19' M Double-Spoke alloy wheels,
Electronic Damper Control,
Park Distance Control Front and Back,
Adaptive Headlights,
Front Seat Heating,
Hi-Fi Music System,
DAB Digital Radio,
Professional Navigation System,
Elec Fold Exterior Mirrors,
Front Paint Protection,
Sliding Front Armrest,
Black Carbon-Look Leather Interior,
Floor Mats,
Storage Compartment Pack,
USB/Audio Interface,
Bluetooth Phone Prep + Telemat,
BMW 6 Disc CD Changer.

List of aftermarket extras:

Carbon Fibre Front Splitters,
Carbon Fibre Rear Diffuser,
Carbon Fibre Side Skirts,
Carbon Fibre Wing Mirrors,
Carbon Fibre Exhaust Tips,
1.75 backbox mod Sounds great and is without drone - see video),
Has new cheap floor mats over the original BMW ones to protect them,
Black Kidney Grilles.

Tyres are UniRoyal RainSport 5's on the rears and Nexen N Fera SU1's on the front, all on around 4mm tread.

The car drives exactly as it should with no warning lights on the dash or with an OBD reader, no issues during my ownership.
Has always been warmed up fully with gentle driving before going over 2.5k revs.
Only ever filled with Tesco Momentum 99 during my ownership.
Has averaged around 22mpg from last 2k miles of mostly town driving.

The only downsides I can find with the car are that the gear stick leather has worn down in a small patch (pictured), there are a couple of small gravel paint chips (expected on an 18yo car), some minor curbing was refurbished (colour matched but not sanded so can be seen when very close up - pictured), a couple laquer spots under 5mm on roofand that the usb input in the armrest provides power to charge your phone but you can't select it for music in the idrive screen (I've always used the aux input right next to it which works with no issues). Also, a previous owner added a small silver plaque in front of the gear stick labelling the car as a 1 of 1 carbon edition - it isn't, but I didn't want to remove it and risk the adhesive messing with the material underneath.

Bought it as it has been my 'realistic' dream car for the past few years and I have no regrets, it has very much lived up to expectations. It's fast, sounds great, and has all the creature comforts to make it a great one car solution that's full of character.

Open to offers (or swaps on the off chance someone has a nice E60 M5).Attachment 3776675Attachment 3776676Attachment 3776677Attachment 3776678Attachment 3776679Attachment 3776680Attachment 3776681Attachment 3776682Attachment 3776683Attachment 3776684Attachment 3776685Attachment 3776686Attachment 3776687Attachment 3776688Name: thumbnail_image5.jpg
