n52 e92 need help

I've got a 2012 bmw 328xi n52 e92 coupe, I had an overheating problem awhile back turned out to be the coolant temp sensor and coolant level sensor I got them fixed and started it up after I bled the coolant to get any airpockets out let it run for a little bit maybe 15 minutes coolant temp got up to 220 or so so everything was fine there no overheating anymore it started idling rough like it wanted to stall out but it wouldn't die but I got in it and was gone go for a drive when I put it in to drive it dropped rmps a good bit like it wanted to stall again same with reverse eventually it started went for a drive and stopped somewhere turned it off well it took a bit to start back up and once it started it would go to idle at 600 to 700 rpms and then rev up to a little over 1k and drop back down I drove and got to a stop sign and its like I lost power a little then got back home and let it run it wouldn't act like it wanted to stall or anything I ran a code reader on it and the codes I got was P052B "cold start 'A' camshaft position timing Over-retarded bank 1" and P0012 "intake camshaft position timing over-reatarded bank 1' and also U0100 "lost communication with ECM/PCM 'A'. well I shut it off to do some research went back out a little later started it and started backing a rattling noise coming from the top end idk if it was coming from the timing chain or what, anyways I took the vanos silonoids out and they were fine and I took the timing chain tensioner out and I think the spring wasn't as stiff as it could be. I took the value cover off and nothing up there was loose that I know of the timing chain and guides seemed fine not stretched or anything so my thought is its the tensioner causing some chain slap when its running. any help would be great cause I don't wanna put a new part on put back on and it not fix the problem. I'm gonna buy new camshaft sensors and tensioner but is there anything else I should look at?
