Cooling fan, ac problem
Hi all. I have a strange problem. My car is a bmw x5 e70 3d. The cooling fan is not running. I have 12v on red and brown, and 3.5v in control cable.
Today i changed refrigerant gas and pressure switch, but the swich are showing 127.5 bar and ac is not working either. What can this be? |

You verified the fan has power, ground and signal. You did most of the diagnosis! If the engine gets to operating temp and the fan doesn't activate, you need a new fan.

Ac doesn't work because the fan isn't pulling air through the condenser. Also, your pressure is probably 127 psi, definitely not 127 Bar or you would have a bomb. The pressure is spiking because the high side is getting too hot. I'm sure the compressor us being switched off because of the overpressure
