is this gas+meth fueling setup approach any good?

iam building out most of the fueling setup myself to save cost, wondering what yall think about this fueling setup and if i should consider any changes;

background info, 09 335i N54 RWD:
usage: Daily driven hard, hard cornering (no drag)
goal: 550-625whp on 91-93octane pump gas + meth
parts: Pure stage2 hi-flow, PR coils, 2step plugs, vrsf DPs + valved exhaust (oem pipes for now), 7" FMIC, the usual FBO parts and full maintenance refresh.... oem HPFP, index12 injectors, VAC ported head. (no forged rods/pistons yet, but will likely change oem rings+rod bearings for now). ~180 psi compression on all cylinders.

Port Fuel controllers: Motiv Reflex OG (also have a AIC controller incase that works better for my setup?)

also running upgraded fuel line from tank to front, i will run a return line at the same time but may not use it if not needed for now, ?please let me know if i should have the return working at this stage?.

Fuel Pump setup for consideration: (1) Walboro 450 inside bucket with venturi. (1) walboro 450 outside the bucket (triggered via Motiv Reflex). I'd prefer both fuel pumps to be inside bucket, but worry about fuel starvation on a hard/long pull?

iam also considering adding a spool inline fuel filter.

Port side setup for consideration: MMP V2 plate + 550CC@43psi injectors, which should put out around 700-750cc at 72psi. ? should i get 750cc@43psi injectors instead?

meth injection setup for consideration: AEM 1GPM/200psi pump with inline filter in trunk; progressively triggered by Motiv controller (if possible), or by AEM boost reference controller. (2) 1000cc AEM meth nozzles in charge pipe. ? do i need to do direct port meth injection instead? if so what nozzles should i consider?

also uncertain of size of meth tank to get since iam not sure how much meth flow is needed for my setup and aggressive style of driving. (would prefer to fill up meth at same time as gas tank goes empty if possible - i have low level sensor already)

thanks in advance for any corrections or advice for this fueling setup to run 550-625whp "reliably" if even possible.

would definitely oversize/upgrade the head hardware and if your gonna rely on meth I would at least do a few gallons but if u tracked it, you will probably still need a fill up.

To me it all seems like overkill. If you want 550hp out of a set of Pure Stage2 Hi-Flows......93 fuel and a meth setup, along with a single Walbro 450 LPFP in the tank, and a good custom tune should get you there (along with all the standard bolt-ons ofcoarse).

No need for port injection, a second LPFP, reflex controller controlling the whole mess.....seems like a lot of extra stuff if you only want 550-600hp.

A true 500+ HP in a daily driven street 335i is more than most tires can even put to the ground in 1st or 2nd gear.....just saying.

Or is this going to be a track car?

if i can get 550-600whp without needing port injection or overdriving the hpfp on 91-93 fuel + meth that would be awesome.

without PI, is 2x 1000cc meth nozzles in chargepipe enough, or do i need direct port meth?


not having to install a second pump would also be nice, the cost difference is less than $150 for me for that, there would be nice savings if i really dont need the port injection though, even though i already got the motiv and AIC controllers lol

i will track the car from time to time (circuit, not drag), but will rip it around the city/highways at least a few times a week. already got m3 suspension+upgraded bushings and ST coils, and will get lsd soon before build is done. hoping it will hold the ground just enough.
