I can take a stock Subaru sti, drive it 1200 miles from Boston to Tampa bay with the wastegate closed from factory….can keep going to California with the valve close….drive back to Boston with the valve close for let’s say 4000 miles and that’s not a problem!!!!!!
THE VAVE CLOSED ONLY BECOMES A PROBLEM IF THE CAR IS A BMW!!!!!
On bmw the wasgate valve is normally open to help pollution.
This is probably your first turbo car and you are a professional now!
You can not see 4 fingers in front of your nose.
