THE VAVE CLOSED ONLY BECOMES A PROBLEM IF THE CAR IS A BMW!!!!!
On bmw the wasgate valve is normally open to help pollution.
This is probably your first turbo car and you are a professional now!
You can not see 4 fingers in front of your nose.
