To be honest I think you're over thinking it. With the age of your coils, a stock or light tune is going to misfire. You will be replacing plugs and coils a lot more often when tuned either way.
Many guys have had great luck with Eldor on high hp applications.
I use bosche oem plugs and coils with zero issues. (Oem turbos 18 psi)
20psi is the base map, we're planning on settling in 22psi on 93 and eventually further (25+) on full e85 when ReFlex has MHD integration. My stock coils and 1-step-colder plugs were plenty for e50 stage 2+, but if they can't keep up now on a mild tune, there's now way they will keep up making over 600 crank hp.
I am honestly surprised you got 100k on them even without a tune. They are just old. I'd go with the Eldors off fcp with free lifetime replacement. I'm sure the Dinans are good but they are new. Eldors have been used on our platform for years. Good luck with the build .
