That's the site I am referring to, they never tested Eldor N54 coils despite both bahn and Dinan saying they would. Unless I'm blind. |
Do you plan on going more than 20psi? How much power you currently pushing?
To be honest I think you're over thinking it. With the age of your coils, a stock or light tune is going to misfire. You will be replacing plugs and coils a lot more often when tuned either way.
Many guys have had great luck with Eldor on high hp applications.
I use bosche oem plugs and coils with zero issues. (Oem turbos 18 psi)
