Let's expand the scope a bit. Which are the best plug-n-play coils?
I cannot find any controlled testing of Eldor N54 coils anywhere. I don't quite buy into the hearsay that they are 100% the best, no substitutes.
For example, bahn's testing shows the Delphi S55 coils are the best currently-produced OE option (Eldors aren't made anymore for S55, maybe another reason to avoid them if production for N54 might also end). Is that the same coil that is also listed for our cars on realoem/FCP/ECS?
I like the Dinan coils for their color options and success of users so far, but also cannot find any proper controlled testing by them either.
