From the little bit of research that I've done on this.......the B58's and Eldors put out close to the same amount of power. I have seen guys on other forums claiming they are making 700+HP with big single turbos and Eldor coils. The B58's require some wiring changes and brackets to mount them....seems like a royal pain in the butt.
That being said...I'm running the OEM Delphi coils from FCP Euro and I should be making close to 565-575hp at the tires on an E40 mix and bigger turbos at 27psi....and I have no issues with misfires.
With 100k miles on your coils......ANY new coils are going to help big time!!
If I were you...I would just order the N55 eldors from FCP with the lifetime warranty and be done with it 👍
